Local Men Served With Grand Jury Indictments
Members of the Lawrence County Grand Jury handed down indictments against several local residents during their latest session.
Deputies with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department served indictments to Douglas Edwin McNabb on Wednesday. McNabb, age 54, of 521 Fourth Street, Lawrenceburg was indicted on one count of aggravated sexual battery. Bond was set at $100,000.
Joseph Clyde Hammond, 49, of 2761 County Road 130, Killen, Alabama was served paperwork charging him with the crimes of leaving the scene of an accident, fourth offense DUI, an driving on a revoked license.
Caleb Brett King, 19, of 165 Dukes Park Road was indicted on charges of kidnapping, statutory rape, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
All three men have been scheduled an initial appearance in Lawrence County Circuit Court on June 10, 2013.
